Purchase Conditions

  • I hope you will be pleased with your purchase! If, when you receive your painting, you have questions or concerns, please contact me through the Chat app (bottom left corner) or email (rick@rickosann.com) and I will do my best to satisfy your request. Please review the Refund policy below.

  • Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products available for sale on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the actual color of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

  • Paintings will be framed in an acid-free matte, as selected by you on the product ordering page.  An "Outer Matte", the main matte framing the piece, will be included within the price of the painting.  A second "Inner Matte" may be selected at an additional charge, as noted in the product ordering page Sizes of mattes are intended to fit a frame of the listed size. See the Help with Ordering page for more information.

  • The shop keeps a limited stock of matte board colors on hand.  If you wish for more information about available matte colors, or would like a different color, please contact me.  Custom matte requests may incur an addition cost.

  • Please handle matted paintings carefully. The cut edges of the paper can be sharp.

  • Paintings are matted to fit standard frame sizes that may be available from easily accessible sources. However, paintings should be framed using UV Glass or Museum Glass and hung out of direct sunlight to protect the image from fading. It is recommended to consult a professional framing shop to best preserve the work of art.

  • Artwork orders with standard matte selections will be shipped within one week of when your order is accepted or we will contact you to inform you of any delays.

Download Policy

The images presented on this site are of copyrighted original artwork. Download or copying images from this site is a violation of US Copyright law. The artist maintains the copyright after you purchase a painting. You may not make or share copies of an image of any kind or for any reason without specific written permission from the artist.

Refund Policy

I hope you are pleased with your purchase of an original watercolor from my site. If you have questions or concerns when you receive your purchase, please contact me at rick@rickosann.com.  I will do my best to address your concern. If you change your mind about the purchase after receiving the painting, you may return it for a refund minus a 20% restock charge (to cover costs of preparation and shipping). You must return ship the item at your own cost, in appropriate packaging and insured for its value.  A refund will be issued, minus restocking fee, when the item is received in its original condition.
