Ordering/Shipping Information
The method for purchasing a painting has changed slightly from the previous site. If you are interested in purchasing a painting, please complete the Purchase link beside the painting. After finalizing any questions or details (such as matting, framing or shipping) you will receive an invoice from Rick Osann Art (from the email, "product@artworkarchive.com") with a link to pay through PayPal using your PayPal account or a credit card. If you wish to pay by any other means, please identify this in your Purchase request email.
Prices shown on the website are for paintings framed with wood or composite frame, UV Conservation glass and acid-free/lignin-free matting material, Rising Warm White (the color of the watercolor paper). Small paintings (11x14, 12x16 and 14x18 frame size) are matted with a single mat. Larger paintings are matted with a double mat.
Orders from the website are preferably shipped matted but without frame or glass, to reduce your shipping cost and the risk of damage. Prices for matted but unframed works are listed below. A shipping and handling cost will be added to the order. Items will normally ship within one week or we will contact you.
If you would like a painting shipped with frame, please ask in the Purchase or Inquiry form. I keep several frame styles in stock and can order many other styles.
